Who we are

JP8 is dedicated to helping its investors gain access to quality investments in the UAE industrial and residential real estate sector.

We have been investing in industrial and residential classes for investor partners across the United Arab Emirates. Our guiding principle is that every project must make sense both financially and has positive impact on people, businesses and places. We approach each investment with consistency, care, and a long-term vision.

Prior to establishing JP8, our founding partners spent over a decade serving the UAE, European, and South East Asian market in mining, raw mineral trading, investment, and real estate sectors. This foundation continues to shape the disciplined, forward-looking approach we bring to real estate asset management today.

    JP8 is actively engaged in investment activities with a focus on industrial and residential assets, either from its own capital, partner sources or both. Smaller projects are typically financed from own sources with external partner capital used for large-scale investment projects in cooperation with leading investment partners across the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia, and Europe.

    Utilizing over two decades of local experience, market knowledge, and long-term relationships, JP-8 manages the entire acquisition process, including sourcing, financial underwriting, zoning analysis, business plan designing, structuring, financing, construction and asset management.

Our Investment Platform 

JP-8 has international and local best-in-class investor partners who invest alongside of JP-8 in its projects and investments. These are relationships that have been fostered over decades of experience by the managing principals on various platforms, and include predominantly private UHNW individual investors, as well as family offices and private investors.

We’re always looking to acquire new assets to accommodate our evolving business model which incorporates mainly industrial and commercial, as well as residential.

    We invest in industrial real estate across the UAE, including industrial sites, warehouses, open yards, logistics hubs, and industrial facilities. These assets are positioned to capture demand from the region’s expanding trade, logistics, F&B, and e-commerce sectors.

    In our quest to redefine industrial and commercial spaces, we’ve pioneered four unique investment types: JP8Site, JP8OpenYards, JP8Box and JP8Space. Each serves different business needs, and together they provide all-in-one modern and multi-functional areas for conducting business.

Through this disciplined approach, we create enduring value while generating sustainable returns for our investors and partners.

How we do it?
