Our story
JP8 was established in 2024 as a dedicated industrial and logistics real estate investment and development platform in the UAE.
We are a young company, but our starting point is not simply a view of the market. The business is supported by long-standing relationships across the UAE, direct exposure to industrial property through family ownership, and a network of landowners, consultants, contractors, occupiers and other market participants required to execute development locally.
Our role is to bring those pieces together: identify the opportunity, underwrite it, structure the investment, assemble the right technical team and remain accountable through development and operation.
