JP8 was founded in 2024, at a time of strong macroeconomic momentum, with an aim to become one of the key real estate companies specialising in the development and management of industrial and logistics business parks in the United Arab Emirates.
In developing new industrial business parks, JP8 mainly focuses on securing strategic sites with strong connectivity to key infrastructure. These locations are then tailored to tenants in order to meet all their specific requirements and demands.

For our clients, we manage the full development process end to end. We secure land in the preferred location, obtain all required permits and approvals, and deliver the facility to the agreed specifications—from design and construction through commissioning and operational readiness. Projects can be structured for lease or for client ownership, depending on the client’s objectives.

While we’re open to various sizes, our focus usually starts at a minimum of 500 thousand square feet for city spots and a minimum of 1 million square feet for locations beyond urban areas.
Because JP8’s goal is to become the long-term owner of the projects we build, it’s extremely crucial for us to work closely with local stakeholders and integrate our logistics parks in a beneficial way for the local region.
