    From site identification and acquisition through design, permitting, and construction. We also manage leasing, and ongoing asset management after completion to protect performance over the full lifecycle.

  • For our occupier clients in already secured land, JP8 delivers the facility to the agreed specifications—from design and construction through handover.

  • JP8 is always looking for new land acquisitions and opportunities to grow.

    While we’re open to various sizes, our focus usually starts at a minimum of 500 thousand square feet for city spots and a minimum of 1 million square feet for locations beyond urban areas.

    Because JP8’s goal is to become the long-term owner of the projects we build, it’s extremely crucial for us to work closely with local stakeholders and integrate our logistics parks in a beneficial way for the local region.
